 FOODVIBEZ works with the best content creators of our time to develop innovative food brands that establish themselves sustainably on the market. 
We sell these creator brands both online directly to the customer (DTC) and through selected stationary retail partners such as Kaufland, REWE or EDEKA. 
Our brands Juicy Wow, Bodylust and Hungry Heart have already successfully launched in 2024 and many other exciting brands are in the starting blocks, including brands with international creators.

Job Description:
A sales and marketing executive with a love for real estate and a track record of achievement in sales and marketing is sought by Roofs N Keys Marketing. The ideal applicant will be in charge of generating sales, creating marketing plans, and cultivating trusting connections with partners and customers.

Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the real estate sector for sales and lead generation.- Create leads through a variety of methods, such as cold calling, networking, and internet research.- Show prospective buyers around the property and give presentations.
Develop and put into action efficient marketing plans to advertise the products and services of Roofs N Keys Marketing.- Design and oversee marketing initiatives for both conventional and digital media.- Keep an eye on market developments and rivals to modify marketing plans as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide great customer service and satisfaction through client relationship management.- Offer customers professional assistance and advise throughout the purchasing and selling process.- Respond quickly and courteously to client questions and issues.
Maintain accurate and current records of all sales operations and client communications.- Create presentations and regular sales reports for management review.- Examine sales data to find areas for development.

Qualifications:-
a business administration (BA), business management (BBA), or MBA bachelor's degree, or equivalent credentials in the real estate sector.
One to three years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the real estate sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A track record of exceeding sales goals.- A working knowledge of market trends and procedures for real estate.
Expertise with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-driven, focused on achieving goals, and able to work alone.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000. - Rs50,000. per month
